1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of the "KasusKnacker" app and associated website, operated by Toba UG (Haftungsbeschränkt).

2. Minimum Age
Use of the app is only permitted from the age of 16. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old.

3. Service Description
KasusKnacker is a learning app for German grammar. The app offers:
- Free basic features with a limit of 50 exercises per day for non-paid users
- Premium subscription for unlimited access

4. Registration and User Account
Registration is required for full use of the app. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

4a. Termination of User Agreement
The user may terminate the user agreement at any time without giving reasons by deleting their user account.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete user accounts in case of serious violations of these Terms of Service or abusive use after prior warning.

5. Premium Subscription
a) Duration and Renewal:
Subscriptions are managed through the respective app stores (Apple App Store, Google Play Store). Subscriptions automatically renew for the respective period unless cancelled before the end of the current term.

b) Cancellation:
You can cancel the subscription at any time through your app store account settings. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing period.

c) Prices:
Current prices are displayed before purchase. All prices include applicable VAT.

6. Payment Processing and Contract Partners
Payments are processed via the respective app stores: Apple (iOS) and Google (Android). The contract partner for the purchase transaction is the respective app store.
The usage contract for the app content is concluded between the user and Toba UG (Haftungsbeschränkt).

7. Usage Rights
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal learning purposes. Reproduction or distribution of content is not permitted.

8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence, we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage typical for the contract.

9. Availability
We strive for high availability of the app, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted accessibility. Maintenance work or technical disruptions may lead to temporary restrictions.

10. Changes
We reserve the right to change these Terms of Service. We will inform you of significant changes via email or in-app notification at least 4 weeks in advance.

11. Additional Legal Information
- Refunds and Withdrawal for Store Purchases: Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refund requests and any withdrawal/cancellation handling for store-billed purchases are governed by the respective store policies and must be requested through that store. Mandatory statutory consumer rights remain unaffected. Details can be found in our Refund Policy.

12. Final Provisions
